Essendon – Full Bathroom Transformation
Client Goal:
To modernise a tired, dated bathroom into a, high-end space with a touch of luxury and better lighting.

We began by stripping the old bathroom back to its frame. Removing tiles, fixtures, and any damaged substrates. This gave us a clean, solid foundation to rebuild from and allowed us to inspect for any hidden issues like water damage or mold.
After demolition, we installed new moisture-resistant plasterboard to suit bathroom conditions. Walls and ceilings were prepped to ensure a smooth surface for tiling. Helping the final finish look clean and modern.
We applied a compliant, high-quality waterproofing membrane to all wet areas, including shower walls, floors, and behind fixtures. Ensuring long-term protection against leaks, moisture, and structural damage. This step is crucial to Australian standards and your bathroom’s durability.
Once the waterproofing had cured, we moved on to tiling. We laid matte porcelain tiles across the floor and polished porcelain tiles against the walls for a seamless, high-end look.
With the tiling complete, we installed the new custom vanity, back-to-wall toilet, shower screen, and chrome tapware. All plumbing was connected and pressure-tested to ensure everything functions perfectly.
The project wrapped up with final detailing, including caulking, cleaning, and a quality check. The end result: a sleek, functional, and modern bathroom that not only looks great but will last for years to come.
